Leave your porch light on 24/7 until the COVID-19 outbreak ends, said former Ewing Police Captain David Morgan.

Morgan and his grandson, in this Facebook post,  also suggested sharing photos of people next to their porch lights on social media with the hashtag #LightOnCOVID19.

"Doctors, Nurses, Hospital Staff, First Responders, Police, Fire, EMS, Utility Personnel, the Food Service Industry and Pharmacy Personnel, and our School Teachers keeping the students on track in their new learning environment," Morgan wrote.

"Turn your front porch light on and leave it on 24/7 until COVID goes away, take a picture, hashtag it #LightOnCOVID19 and share it to your FaceBook, Instagram and Twitter accounts. Together we can raise awareness and make COVID19 Go Away…"

"Stay home and stay safe," the Morgans said.
